Mixtape help
Mixtape Skateboarding
Skating scenes are about rhythm and tone first. Use this page to prepare for movement without turning it into a score attack.
Skating is rhythm first
Use jump and duck timing as part of the mixtape flow. First runs should prioritize momentum and scene readability over perfect tricks.
| Skating topic | What to do |
|---|---|
| Route reading | Look past the character and watch the next corner, ramp, or obstacle. |
| Jump timing | Jump when the scene rhythm makes the obstacle readable, not as soon as the prompt appears. |
| Duck timing | Use ducking as a flow tool. If you miss one, keep moving unless the scene clearly resets. |
| Replay value | Return after credits if you want cleaner movement, screenshots, or achievement cleanup. |
Mixtape uses skating to move through memory and music. Smooth enough is enough for a first run.
Skate to Rockford's, Skate to Cassandra's, Skateboard Explosion, The Run, and Coastal Cruise are the main movement pages to remember.
If motion is tiring, pause between movement chapters instead of forcing a single-sitting run.
